I want to post but really don't have much to say. Well, actually I do but I realise there is a lot I cannot really post about on the web. I'd love to tell you how much I am loving my work at the moment, but I am not really at liberty to post about my place of work, or the people I work with. Just know that I'm a teacher and I'm loving it! I would love to post about my life but I feel really transparent when I post about myself. For the same reasons I can't post about my family. This is why I usually post quotes or random thoughts or pictures. Sometimes I post about myself. Sometimes in quite a bit of detail but not today.

Today I don't feel like posting any of those things but I do want to say hi.

So, hi!

How are you?

I miss the blog world and the people in it. Things are really busy. Great but busy! Know that I'm here and thinking of all of you who keep in touch in the blog realm, and I'm missing you too. And I'm well and content. And I hope to post more soon.

Till then, go well!

Checking to say Hi to you also. Have you mentioned before that you are a teacher and I missed it? What do you teach?

Know that there is not a limit to how often you must post. Glad to hear things are going well!

Hi from PEI. I also enjoy being a teacher and a school librarian. I teach Resource Based Learning and technology in collaboration with classroom teachers. I think that Australia has an extensive teacher-librarian network. Do you have one in your school? I wish I could go to chapel as part of my school day. Are you in a public school?

Hi Kim! I like it when you post a response to my insignificant posts! It's great.

Island Sparrow! We have some absolutely fantastic teacher/librarians at school! They are so amazing and help us create some fantastic resources for the students!

At the moment I am working on a short film to teach short film making which will be put onto the school intranet as a resource for students and teachers to access. I also want to make an essay writing tutorial in collaboration with our Teacher/Librarians but the film is taking a lot of time. The staff at the library at school have also helped me create online tools to help students achieve the outcomes required for their assessments. Information Support and Teacher/Librarians have helped me place assessment tasks online and all sorts of amazing things!. They are amazing people who know amazing tricks which can enhance learning and teaching so much! I adore them all. They make me look so much better than I actually am and so much more skilled than I actually am. I really learn a lot from them. How great that you are one of those people. Oh! and I think it is appropriate to say one of our wonderful Teacher/Librarians is a beautiful Canadian!

I am in a private school at the moment. How about you?

I'm at a small country public school - 195 students in grades 1-9. Your teacher-librarian program sounds really good. Does your school have a website? We've done a lot of online projects at our school especially when the govt was sponsering them through a Grassroots project - our school was actually paid to put student work online. The program has gone by the wayside unfortunately, so the incentive to publish online is not as great. It was wonderful while it lasted!

Your program sounds great. What a shame it didn't continue!

We do have a website, Islandsparrow. I am hestiant to post a link to it here for privacy reasons but I'll send you a link via email and you can have a look. I'll get to introduce myself to you too! This will be fun!
