Church today was great! For today I was reminded that my hope is built on nothing less than Jesus' blood and righteousness. My hope is so sure. It's so amazing. You may know another version of this hymn. This is the Nicky Chiswell version we sang in church today. I love it. You may listen to a part of the song by clicking on the title. Sadly, I can't find a version of the whole song for you. This is sad because the song builds beautifully as the song progresses. The lyrics are great!

My Hope is Built

My hope is built on nothing less
Than Jesus' blood and righteousness
No merit of my own I claim
But wholly lean on Jesus' name

On Christ the solid rock I stand
All other ground is sinking sand

When long appears my toilsome race
I rest on His unchanging grace
In every high and stormy gale
My anchor holds within the veil

On Christ the solid rock I stand
All other ground is sinking sand

His oath, His covenant, His blood
Support me in the whelming flood
When every earthly prop gives way
He then is still my Strength and Stay

On Christ the solid rock I stand
All other ground is sinking sand

When the last trumpet call shall sound
Oh may I then in Him be found
Dressed in His righteousness alone
Faultless to stand before the throne

On Christ the solid Rock I stand
All other ground is sinking
All other ground is sinking
All other ground is sinking sand

I thought the two went well. Thank you for noticing, momrn2! I am glad you like the song. It is one of my favourites.
